Bisnode Deutschland GmbH: Implementation of a consistent integrated CRM System

Starting point

  • Within an merger driven IT harmonisation project Bisnode was searching for an integrated solution for the evolved IT landscape.
  • The decision was made to implement the SAP-System “Business-by-design” as the ERP solution and Salesforce.com as the CRM solution.

Solution

  • Implementation of a central CRM tool based on Salesforce to illustrate all processes relevant to sales and distribution.
  • Realization of an interface between the CRM tool and the internal ERP system (SAP) and data bank to assure optimal support for the processes.

Success

  • Significant increase of the sales performance with simultaneous enhancement of the transparency relevant for sales and distribution-
  • Increased efficiency and conversion rate enabled through the integration of websites into the Salesforce system.
