Implementation of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

The initial situation

  • Prior to the introduction of the new ATS, the customer had a customized solution
  • Many steps in the application process were not supported automatically
  • Data quality was unsatisfactory and a candidate pool was scarce
  • There was no interface between the applicant management and the ERP, so that the data had to be maintained twice in some cases

The solution

  • Introduction of the ATS “Bullhorn Connexys Resourcemanager”, which is based on the platform solution of Salesforce
  • Robust and flexible integration to the ERP system from E&S

  • Increase of data quality by validations and establishment of an efficient database search
  • Significant increase in transparency and introduction of automation in the recruiting process
  • Increasing acceptance and usability through a modern and structured system
  • Integration with the ERP system and thus avoidance of duplicate data maintenance and breaks in the system landscape
