Implementation of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
The initial situation
- Prior to the introduction of the new ATS, the customer had a customized solution
- Many steps in the application process were not supported automatically
- Data quality was unsatisfactory and a candidate pool was scarce
- There was no interface between the applicant management and the ERP, so that the data had to be maintained twice in some cases

- Introduction of the ATS “Bullhorn Connexys Resourcemanager”, which is based on the platform solution of Salesforce
- Robust and flexible integration to the ERP system from E&S
