Implementation of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

service provider in Austria with over 25 years of experience. The company offers employee leasing, payroll service and direct personnel placement.
Certified as Leitbetrieb Austria, ISO 9001 and AUVA-SGM, MLS maintains branches throughout Austria with a total of over 1100 employees.

The initial situation

  • Prior to the introduction of the new ATS, the customer had a self-created system
  • Candidates were approached via Outlook and without the use of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and further steps in the application process were not supported automatically.
  • Requirements have already been collected that should be implemented as part of a joint project in order to make the recruiting process scalable in a future-oriented manner
  • The publication of vacancies to be filled should be made possible simultaneously on several external job boards (so-called multiposting).

The solution

  • Introduction of the ATS “Bullhorn Connexys Resourcemanager”, which is based on the platform solution of Salesforce
  • Development and integration of a multiposting tool
