Implementation of Applicant Tracking with connection to the Salesforce Sales Cloud

The initial situation

  • The customer was already using Salesforce’s Sales Cloud
  • Candidates were approached via Outlook and without the use of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and further steps in the application process were not supported automatically.
  • Requirements have already been collected that should be implemented as part of a joint project to map the recruiting process of entire teams in accordance with Futury’s philosophy

The solution

  • Introduction of the ATS “Bullhorn Connexys Resourcemanager”, which is based on the platform solution of Salesforce
  • Connection of the Applicant Tracking System to the existing Sales Cloud

  • Significant increase in transparency in candidate recruitment
  • Reduction of the “Time to Hire” of candidates
