The initial situation

  • The customer was already using Salesforce’s Sales Cloud
  • After go-live of the solution, further requirements were collected, which are to be implemented within the scope of a joint project
  • There was no uniform forecasting across all countries
  • Some sales processes are not yet fully automated and supported by the system

The solution

  • Introduction of a complementary Salesforce-based solution for global forecasting across all 32 countries and roles
  • Development of release processes to support the sales department and ensure internal processes
  • Setting up a new reporting system to display the current key figures

By making adjustments to our existing Salesforce environment, we have once again managed to significantly increase our sales processes and their transparency with regard to the original implementation.
