Optimization of the marketing automation solution Pardot and connection to Salesforce

The initial situation

  • Pardot and Salesforce’s sales solution had been implemented at Mazars in Switzerland in the past, but the marketing and sales processes to use the applications had not yet been implemented
  • Marketing activities continued to be implemented via isolated solutions, and data transfer to the Sales Cloud was in many cases carried out manually.

The solution

  • Set-up of the marketing automation tool “Pardot” according to requirements and development of the necessary content (e.g. e-mailing, landing pages, forms)
  • Customization of lead, contact and campaign management in Salesforce and optimization of data quality through automated processes and validations
  • Training of key users on the new processes in both solutions

The success

  • By using Pardot, campaigns can be automated based on uniform templates and processes
  • Integration of Sales Cloud and Pardot allows data to be collected and processed across both systems
  • Marketing and sales work on a future-oriented platform with the option to increasingly use the company’s international network
